There has been an awakening,
within my soul.
A fire ignited,
sparked by you.
Feelings I forgot existed,
memories flooded over me.
My dearest friend,
my one inspiration.
Your rawness never ceases to amaze,
and lest we forget your alluring gaze.
I feel as though I'm treading old ground,
but there is room to build more.
It's not about lust,
It's about trust.
